CONCERT CHOIRAccording to LHS yearbook archives, Lexington's Concert Choir was established in 1964. A 40-80 voice SATB honors ensemble, Concert Choir celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2014 with a commissioned choral work, "Beannacht: An Irish Blessing" by American choral composer, Matthew Harris. Concert Choir has appeared many times at the Massachusetts All-State Conference, and has collaborated with Boston's Back Bay Chorale and composer Michael Gandolfi. ArchivesCategories |
