Missing a mandatory rehearsal or concert is tantamount to missing a test. Students who have been EXCUSED by Mr. Iannuzzi for a given concert or rehearsal must complete an alternate assignment in order to earn credit for the missed concert or rehearsal. All alternate assignments are brief, type-written research papers on topic provided by Mr. Iannuzzi. The papers must be typed in 12-point font, double-spaced, and must be a minimum of two complete pages. While it is not necessary to cite sources internally, an accurate and specific bibliography with a minimum of three sources (electronic sources are okay) must be included at the end of the paper. Naturally, you are expected to follow standards of academic honesty and give credit for your research (plagiarism will result in a failing grade).
